Pablo

I am Pablo, I am very enthusiastic about fitness and human potential. I’ve played football all my life but currently, I’ve shifted gears and I am focused on endurance training to complete my first Ironman. I am interested in personal development, and I am always reading about it.

I think people underestimate how fit they are, and how fit they can become over time when exercising regularly. So, I am here to prove you wrong, help break your boundaries and make that journey more enjoyable. Teamwork is at the heart of TankToppers’ team, when people work together, they get things done more effectively and quicker, and we bring that philosophy to our sessions. We love seeing people supporting each other and growing together because that skill is what makes human beings different.

Personally, I also love a good fitness challenge so I invite you to come and throw me a challenge, I’ll say yes… and we will smash it, guaranteed!!

Hi! I’m Laura and I am one of the two TankToppers coaches looking forward to starting training with you.

I decided to become a personal trainer during COVID 19 pandemic. Having spent many hours in the gym and training for half marathons and triathlons, I actually struggled to figure out how I could achieve the best results.

Understanding the fundamentals behind optimum performance training has given me the opportunity to discover that we all can improve on a day-by-day basis and aim to become the best version of ourselves. That’s why my ultimate goal as a Tanktoppers coach is to provide you with the required tools to convince yourself that there is an exceptional version of yourself waiting to go live.

Alejandro

Hiya! My name is Alejandro and would like to facilitate your journey towards a better understanding of how your body works. As part of the team, my main objective is to show you how you can achieve better performance while exercising and how to prevent common injuries.

I am a Physiotherapist attempting to do Physiotherapy for the XXI century. In other words, I consider the active and the educational part of the treatment KEY for successful results. Including specific exercises to prevent or reheal damaged tissue is a must in my sessions. As a Physiotherapist, I think my patients deserve to be able to know how to empower themselves, knowing what causes their problems and what to do to solve them.

Divulgation and Sport are part of my professional life and I am very inspired to continue this adventure along with TankToppers.

Alejandro

Migue

Hi, I’m Migue and I look after our equipment. My role as part of the team is making sure our equipment is in optimal status, and provide varied tools to make the session more focused and enjoyable.

I am certified as an Outdoor Activities Instructor and I love climbing. I started with the team last year after the lockdown and I just loved the atmosphere and how quickly the exercises make you feel fitter. If you are ready to take your fitness one step forward but gyms are not your thing… book your trial session with us, you will love the community too!

 

 

Raquel

Hey! My name is Raquel and I’m the one managing our digital footprint. As a marketer, my main objective is to make sure that our message reaches the right audience and our website works properly. I work closely with the team planning and creating content that provides value to our readers and followers on Social media – do you follow us on Instagram? As a semi-professional dancer, I have dedicated many hours to training my own technique and teaching, and I fully believe everybody can benefit from adding some exercise to their daily routine.
