BOOTCAMP
Functional strength training using your full body. It blends cardio and weighted equipment, such as kettlebells, performing exercises that replicate people’s daily life movements
WEDNESDAY
RUNNING / CIRCUIT
Running technique and 400 m to 800 m interval session or strength circuit session. Both sessions are run in parallel
THURSDAY
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): intense rounds of strength based exercises. This a more static workout with less cardio focused on getting maximum intensity for a short period of time followed with a short rest
FRIDAY

We incorporate strength and functional training techniques into our workouts. And we use resistance equipment such as kettlebells, barrels, battle ropes, etc, engaging multiple muscle groups in multiple ways.
